Sofi Ameglio was born  and raised in Argentina.

Sofi is a dancer, actress, Pilates instructor, and model. She studied at the National Dance School in Buenos Aires and fulfilled her dream at the Martha Graham School in New York, completing 4 years of study. Currently, Sofi is dedicated to teaching Pilates, dance, musical theater, and stretching, actively participating in movement, acting, and singing classes. She also serves as the rentals manager at Martha Graham Studios and dances in festivals and shows.

Sofi Ameglio is a perpetual movement enthusiast, exploring, practicing, and innovating in various ways of movement. She finds joy in observing the diversity of human movement, appreciating both the unique and shared aspects. Sofi is fascinated by the endless possibilities of movement and the beauty of the human body.
